Chute is a Private, Membership Only club. You must be 18 years or older and have valid picture ID proving so, have some form of membership and have read and signed the membership agreement outlining what can be expected in the club, and what is expected of you. For the enjoyment and comfort of other guests, these rules must be adhered to:
Due to recent changes in Arizona Law, smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the club. You must dress and step outside for a cigarette if you smoke, which you are welcome to do at any time.
Drugs and Alcohol are NOT permitted nor tolerated anywhere on the premises or property. If you are caught using drugs or alcohol in the club or on the property you will be asked to leave and may be barred from the club.
Solicitation and/or Prostitution are not tolerated in the club or on the property.
Laptops, cameras and the use of cellphones with cameras or any other recording devices is not permitted in the club. If you must use your cellphone, please restrict your use to the front lounge of the club as cellphone conversations are disruptive and disturbing to others enjoying the club.
To protect the privacy and anonimity of our members, we strongly encourage you not to detail what you may see or do here at the club on the Internet in chat rooms, on cruising sites, or personal's listings such as Craig's List or any other Internet site.
This is a discreet, private facility. Detailing what you see or do here at the club on the Internet is both disrespectful of and damaging to your own privacy and the privacy of our other guests.
Sexual activity in the public areas of the club such as locker rooms, retail area, halls, gym and lounges is not permitted. You are encouraged to enjoy yourselves in the private rooms or other appropriate areas in the club..
Vandalism will not be tolerated. Please report any acts of vandalism or damage you may find from vandalism to the clerk(s) on duty immediately.
Trash is meant for trash-cans. Please make use of them as there are plenty all over the club.
We have a reputation for respecting and welcoming persons of all races, ages, sizes, colors and proclivities. Intolerance or disrespectful behaviour toward any person is not acceptable. Please report anything or any behaviour in the club that makes you uncomfortable to the clerk(s) on duty, or please use the links on the "Contact Us" page to contact club management or owners to report your concerns.
Chute is a large, 12,000 square-foot facility with many nooks and corners. Staff may not notice if some particular part of the club needs attention and cleaning.
If you find any area of the club needs attention, please inform the clerk(s) on duty and they will happily take care of your concerns immediately... if the problem is not resolved immediately and to your satisfaction, we encourage you to use the contact links on this site to inform management or the owners of your concerns and steps will be taken to make sure the problem is corrected permanently.
We also strongly encourage you to immediatley inform management or the owner if any staff member is providing anything less than prompt, courteous and friendly service!
